Born and raised in Asuncion, Paraguay, Angel always knew his dedication and perseverance would take him far in life. His passion for Math and Physics along with the support of Columbia Engineering led him to perform research in the field of Telecommunications with internationally renowned faculty, while collaborating with engineers from Bell Labs and other institutions. During his years in New York, he developed technical skills and also explored history and art as offered by the Core Curriculum. He currently works at Qualcomm, developing technology in the Semiconductor industry in California.
