Students, faculty, and staff may file a report directly to the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards for any incident involving College of Dental Medicine, Columbia College, Columbia Engineering, or School of General Studies students.
For incidents that occur within undergraduate residence halls, please contact a Residential Life staff member to file a report.
- Report a student conduct concern.
- Report an academic integrity violation.
- Report an allegeation of Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual or Gender-Based Misconduct: The Columbia University Gender-Based Misconduct Policies (including sexual harassment, sexual assault, gender-based harassment, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual exploitation, and stalking) by anyone wishing to file a report on behalf of a Columbia University, Barnard or Teachers College student; The Columbia University Employment Policies and Procedures on Discrimination and Harassment, and/or; The Columbia University Student Policies and Procedures on Discrimination and Harassment.
- For incidents that occur off campus, a report may also be filed with CU Public Safety.
