East Campus

Welcome to the East Campus Residential Area of Columbia University

In addition to our Faculty-in-Residence (FIR) Professor Robert Harrist, 23 Resident Advisers (RAs), 2 Community Advisers (CAs), 2 Graduate Hall Directors (GHDs), and 1 Associate Director (AD) support and engage East Campus Area residents as part of our Residential Programs Staff. East Campus also houses two partner offices, Alice!Health Services and Counseling and Psychological Services.

East Campus offers a 2nd floor lounge complete with computer kiosks, a piano and large-screen TV; computer labs on floors 10 and 18; and satellite gyms on floors 8 and 16.  In Wien there is a 1st floor lounge with a piano and computer kiosks; a kitchen on the 2nd floor with a flat-screen TV and appliances; a computer lab on the 2nd floor; and study lounges on floors 5, 7 and 9.

Keith Patrick Blankenship, Associate Director for the Office of Residential Programs, oversees the two residence halls that comprise the East Campus Residential Area: East Campus and Wien Hall.
