Time Management and Productivity

As a student, your success stems from your ability to balance the demands of schoolwork with the needs to eat, sleep, exercise, and have recreational time.

To lay the foundation for your success, you can use a schedule where you commit to spend time on yourself and your wellbeing. It will be best to consider this commitment non-negotiable.

Scheduling is not about just having a schedule. It is about using your schedule to accomplish all the things you really want to do with your time!

Everyone has different priorities, but some priorities are common to everyone—you cannot do your best schoolwork in a timely manner if you do not get enough sleep and exercise; you cannot make the most of your career options if you are not making adequate progress towards your degree.

With that in mind, let’s get started. You'll begin with Calculating Your Free Time.
