Want to improve sleep quality? The stress of change, new environments and different time zones can impact an individual’s sleep patterns. Join Alice! Health Promotion to learn about the critical role of sleep and how to establish healthy practices when you’re in a new physical or remote learning environment. RSVP is required. After you complete your registration, you'll receive a confirmation email containing the Zoom link, a password and instructions for joining the event.
