Fans from around the world can now attend Ballet Essentials Online, NYCB’s in-demand movement workshop series. Each hour-long workshop will be conducted by NYCB artists who will lead viewers through a ballet warm-up and choreography inspired by iconic works by George Balanchine, Jerome Robbins, and other contemporary choreographers. At the end of the workshop, you'll have an opportunity to learn more about the artists in an interactive Q&A. Stretch your body and mind with these one-of-a-kind workshops led by some of your favorite Company dancers.
