In this guided meditation with Adam Bee (, we will go on a journey through your heart. We will examine the energies and vibrations of the heart and how we each get to choose how our hearts show up in our lives. This experiential meditation is designed to give you greater depths of information about your heart, what it wants and how you can create more of what you truly desire, even during COVID season. This Valentine’s Day will be a bit different from in the past, but physical distancing does not mean we have to deprive ourselves of love, compassion and self-acceptance. This event will begin with introductions and move into breakouts (four or more people), where we will begin to think about what our hearts truly desire. After that, we will move into the meditation which will last about 45–50 minutes. Adam Bee is a sacred intimate and student of Tantra based in New York City. His work centers on how we can listen to and honor our bodies as a way of following desire, creating what we want, and finding our spiritual paths. This event requires participation in breakouts and we encourage everyone turn on their cameras to get the most out of the experience. Agreements will be reviewed at the beginning of the event and anyone not able to honor those will be immediately removed. Once the Agreements have been covered, the room will be locked and no one else will be able to enter. Please arrive on time.
This opportunity is open to undergraduate students in Columbia College and Columbia Engineering.
