Urban Studies is a multidisciplinary major that is ideal for students with a strong interest in cities and urban living, and is especially suited to those with broad intellectual interests. By integrating concepts and methodologies from numerous academic disciplines, Urban Studies attracts students who find themselves intellectually constrained by the disciplinary boundaries of the traditional major.

In fact, it is quite to common to change your major even after your first declaration.
