Peer Adviser Post: How to Conquer Reading Week like a Boss

Can you believe it? Classes are coming to a close and summer break is almost upon us. And that means only one hurdle stands in between us and summer vacation: those dreaded final exams. While finals may officially be on the horizon, we’ve been privileged with a few days to buckle down and get ahead.

Here’s a list of tips on how to most effectively take advantage of Reading Week:

Please join us for the opening reception of our annual B+C|A End of Year Show, featuring student design work from our spring 2016 courses. A wine and cheese reception will be held from 6:00–7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4 in the Louise McCagg Gallery, The Diana Center. The show will remain on display on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors of the Diana through Wednesday, May 11.

Spend your summer study learning how to shoot video using professional-grade equipment and software, write new algorithms and code to expose a newsworthy story, and explore the New York City cultural and arts world with exclusive behind-the-scenes visits and lectures.

The 2016 Berick Center for Student Advising survey is an opportunity to help us enhance your advising experience by providing important feedback.

The survey will only take about 10 minutes to fill out and you will be entered into a drawing to win an Apple Watch Sport! Students who respond by Friday, April 22 (new extended deadline!) will also be entered into a lottery for a chance to win a $50 flex spending card good at all 12 on-campus dining locations, as well as at the University Bookstore, campus copy machines, laundry facilities, and vending machines.
