Yetserday was the last day of classes of my undergraduate career and my days as a Peer Adviser are pretty much over. It's a bittersweet, strange time right now: dealing with grown-up things (housing, traveling, yuck), the excitement of graduation celebrations, and studying for my final exams. All I have left to do as a PA is this last blog post, so I would like to use this opportunity to share three pieces of advice for the incoming freshmen and other underclassmen:

We are also pleased to announce a special new Housing opportunity. Students who sign up on or before May 15th will have the option to sign up for a single, en suite dorm room at the Écoles de Mines near Reid Hall for an additional $900.
Please be advised that TODAY - Monday, May 4 is the last day of regular CSA Walk-in Advising for the spring 2015 semester. If you need to see your Advising Dean, please schedule an appointment through our on-line appointment system.
Walk-in Advising will resume on the first day of fall classes, Tuesday, September 8, 2015.

Health Promotion is now recruiting for an Information Specialist to gather facts, resources, and the latest research findings for Go Ask Alice!, Columbia's leading health Q&A Internet resource. Minimum qualifications include: strong research skills and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate complex concepts into everyday language; familiarity with health and science; and ability to work with sensitive health-related content is preferred.
