International Education Week is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. It started as a joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences. The week also celebrates international students who study in the U.S. colleges and universities.
In 2017, the official International Education Week is November 13 through November 17.
If you're planning any events that promote international education, celebrate global engagement and embrace intercultural learning, and that will be taking place between Saturday, November 11 through Sunday November 19, please fill out the submission form below.
Submitted events that are in line with the philosophy of the week will be highlighted in the official International Education Week calendar.
Submission deadline: Sunday, October 22 by 11:59 p.m.
